Do I need prior experience in yoga for these classes?
No, you don’t need prior experience for these classes. Our classes are designed to be accessible for all levels of yoga practitioners. If you’re still having trouble, our trainers will work with you to modify exercises to suit your body’s needs.
Are these classes online or offline?
These classes are completely online - you can do them from the comfort of your home without the hassle of physically going to class.
How do online yoga classes work?
All you have to do is download the Shyft app and follow a few simple steps to book your slot. That’s it! We will share a reminder before your class, and a login link for you to join your classes at the scheduled time. You can tune in from your phone or your laptop and experience a great session.
What kind of workouts will I be doing?
You will be doing a mix of workouts depending on the health goal/concern you want to address. Usually our classes focus on improving strength and flexibility, blood circulation and stamina, and regulating your nervous system to build immunity, mental clarity and improve sleep.
I have a specific medical condition. Will I be able to do yoga classes?
Yes! Please chat with your trainer in your first session and they will provide hands-on guidance on how you can make the most out of your program taking into account your medical condition.
What if I can’t attend all of the live sessions?
Our sessions are live to give you real-time feedback on your form and practice. But if you miss a session, don’t worry. There are plenty of free resources on the app and the community that you can explore.
Will I get 1:1 time with my trainer?
Yes, at the beginning and end of the program, our trainers will conduct detailed evaluations and recommend adjustments based on your health goals. Additionally, our trainers will explain the science behind each exercise to help you understand and respond to your body better.
