Oats bowl( oats + curd+ fruit + when protein)

As a trainer health is my main asset, after loosing my health i was really upset and didn't speak with anyone for 4 months locked myself in my room and would get out only when I needed something. But as I understood this will lead me to nowhere and I joined back to work, and making slow and steady changes to be much healthier than before. Sometimes ill health or diseases can push a person to take actions that he never considered before.
