Here's a few inspiring fitness motivations I've come across till now:- (I want to be able to...) 📍Feel more active & run/climb stairs faster without getting tired 📍Have fun with my family & run behind my kids/grandkids 📍Get my menstrual cycles naturally & have a clear skin 📍Manage my blood sugar/BP/cholesterol/thyroid/other blood parameters naturally without medication 📍Feel more energetic & improve stress/sleep quality 📍Improve gut health & enjoy foods that I was unable to eat before 📍Build a stronger relationship with food 📍Prevent slipping into past eating disorders 📍 Naturally get rid of chronic pain/migraines 📍Improve fertility/lactation naturally 📍Fit into my old clothes & many more to say the least On the other hand if you're starting your fitness journey to impress others , let me tell you something - In the end such people will judge you anyways, so there's no meaning in living your life impressing them, rather live your life celebrating yourself 💕
