Water from Copper bottle
Is it true that drinking water in copper bottle/tumbler helps be more healthier? I'm following it religiously since few weeks, just wanted to know if it true. Also how? Can anyone tell me please?

Hi Ankush! Drinking water from a copper bottle once a day, especially on an empty stomach is a good habit, especially in winters. Copper in a small amount helps in naturally purifying your drinking water, also it helps in treating inflammation, acidity etc. gut issues. But moderation is the key, so make sure you don't drink copper infused water too much once a day is just fine. Don't keep water in the copper bottles for more than 10 hours, as the copper content of the water will increase more than the safe amount. And since prolonged copper intake may cause nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain etc. try swapping this habit once every few weeks.
Copper is a metal with anti-bacterial properties and has many benefits like fights of cancer, balances hypertension etc. Like Asmita stated also do not overdo it, drinking water stored in a copper bottle once a day (morning or evening) is more than enough to provide the necessary amount of copper to your body. Do not refrigerate.
