My evening snacks - Eat Soaked Almonds Everyday

Almonds are excellent vitamin E and B6 source, almonds help absorb proteins in the brain cells. In addition, the presence of omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids helps in the overall development of the brain. Eating soaked almonds everyday also help with weight loss, protect against cell damage, regulate blood pressure and cholesterol level and improve memory.
