Low energy levels 🪫

Feeling lethargic and weak today, my energy level is very low and unable to concentrate on work. What can be done to manage this? I am sleeping for 7-8 hours daily

Have a glass of water with tsp chia seeds or Having a fruit with 1 tsp seeds can help too. It will restore your energy and electrolytes if that’s the cause for low energy. Practice deep breathing for 5-7 minutes, it will help in managing any subconscious stress which can be the reason for low energy too.
