Paneer sabzi + Quinoa + curd + salad.
Looks tasty and also easy to prepare. How did you prepare quinoa? Is this a substitute for rice?
Yes, I eat quinoa as a cereal, it’s a complete protein and has a good amount of fiber, hence very filling. For cooking, I wash the quinoa and boil it for 30 minutes on low flame, till it’s nicely cooked. More water can be added as required, but keep a check to prevent overcooked mushy texture.
