Should I be drinking milk before sleeping if I have bloating-related issues?

Hi Varun! If you feel especially bloated after milk intake then definitely don't take it before bed. There are other small things you can try for better sleep though, like- meditating/deep breathing/some stretching/drinking some warm water with a pinch of nutmeg powder/no caffeine chamomile tea etc.
