It's the most common complaint we are facing from you all currently. My fellow nutritionists will agree❗ Besides the personalized suggestions & modifications this cold care tea can be your saviour.🤧 🫖Ingredients - Tea leaves - 1 TSP (optional) Ginger - 1/2 TSP Crushed black pepper - 1 pinch (4-5 whole crushed) Turmeric powder- 1 pinch Jaggery - 1/4th TSP Water - 1.5 cup 🫖Method- Boil the ingredients except the jaggey in the water for 5-10 minutes in medium flame. Keep the pot covered while boiling. Add tea leaves(optional*) 2 minutes before turning off the gas, now add the jaggey. Take it warm & if you feel heat in your throat that's a good sign.You can take this tea twice every day for better results. 💡Black pepper is rich in vitamin C & antibacterial. Turmeric, ginger & jaggery are also antibacterial & anti-inflammatory. Together these are great for treating cold cough & sore throat.🙌 🚨Caution- But do discuss with your nutritionist before starting. Hope it helps!
