What I do before going to bed.
I mostly play a meditation and go to sleep.Many times its a yoga nidra.I use shyft application for same.There are so many recorded sessions available here.Just love them all.
It helps me to sleep like a baby πππ€π€

I always go for chanting or breath awareness before going to sleep. No lying sometimes I get so tired that I fall asleep as soon as I lay down.

I try to do Bhramari breathing during my bedtime.. It makes me feel collected and helps to sleep within few minutes after a long hectic schedule.. Sometimes I listen to some mind relaxation techniques from Shyft app that also help to fall asleep soonπ.

I started with a Guided Pack on the home page - "Fix Sleep Patterns", it helped me slowly get into the routine of relaxing my mind and body before bedtime. Now with practice I can fall asleep without help but some days when it gets tricky, sleep stories have become my go to audio, absolutely love them! Sleep stories on the app are my go to option anytime π΄
