Fibre, iron & good quality protein these are some crucial nutrients that have to be in your diet during pregnancy. But sometimes it's difficult to include all of these in a meal without it becoming too heavy! This dish is a simple & nutritionally balanced one pot main course. Which will provide you with all of the above nutrients without being too heavy on the gut! INGREDIENTS :- For Green Paste: Baby spinach - 500 g(blanch them) Coriander leaves - 250 g Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp Green chilies- 2 nos For chicken/paneer: Boneless chicken/low fat paneer- 500 g Cumin seeds- 1/2 tsp Onion - 2 small Spices (turmeric, chili, cumin powder) Curd- 100 g Mustard oil- 1tsp Lemon juice - 1tsp Salt METHOD- In a blender add everything mentioned above & pulse till smooth to make the green paste. In a kadhaai add oil, cumin seeds, onion,all the spices & cook till fragrant. Add the curd, salt & mix, add chicken & cook 90%.Add the green paste & cook for 10 mins. Add lemon juice at the end.
