Choose your favourite hip opener pose

Eka Pada Rajakapotasana Along with a hip opener, it's a wonderful chest opener pose too. This posture stretches the entire front of your body—your throat, chest and abdomen—as well as the deep hip flexors (psoas) and quads. As a backbend, it also strengthens your back muscles. One tip here:Work on your thoracic mobility to create a good opening in the chest.
