Today's challenge - balancing pose with a prop

Extended hand to big toe pose ( uttitha hasta padangusthasana) The keys alignments are as shown in the pic, start with keep the feet hip width apart. Take a stole/ belt/ strap if you have it, hold the strap shoulder width apart (your hands must be shoulder width when you hold the prop) Inhale Keep the spine straight, engage the core, exhale bend the knees put the strap under the arch of the foot, hip, shoulder is aligned, push the spine against the wall, try lifting the leg up keep it bent to start with, hold the posture for 3breaths, focus on core and keep looking at the big toe, neck is relaxed. With this you create the balance between the body and mind. Try this and share a pic tag me, I will correct you if required.
