Pigeon pose (Prenatal T2)

Pigeon pose is great in pregnancy. As it 🌟Opens up the hips 🌟Strengthens the muscles that support hips and lower back. 🌟Helps stretch the piriformis muscle located in the glutes and takes off the pressure from the sciative nerve thereby giving relief in sciatic nerve pain. Awesome posture given by @shruti @Shejal
