Team Lead, B2C Sales


About the role

As the Sales Team Lead, you will run and grow the inside sales team at Shyft, and own the revenue targets for Shyft’s consumer products. This role requires in-depth understanding and experience of managing a multi layer inside sales team and optimising pre and post-sales operations. We are looking for folks who are driven to achieve targets every time, and build a high performing sales team. Someone who has, or wants to scale a sales function ground up is the ideal candidate for this role.


  • Managing a B2C inside sales team of 10 – 15 associates – driving revenue targets, processes, and creating a strong & ethical performance driven culture
  • Own the performance of the team and deliver fortnightly targets regularly
  • Conceptualizing and driving initiatives for revenue growth in the team
  • Analyse sales reports and identify key areas of improvement for the team and the business

Skills & Competencies

  • 5+ years of experience in sales (preferably B2C inside-sales) with at least 3 years of sales team management experience
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring capability
  • Ambitious and strong ownership of their work
  • Mindset for exponential growth
