Sales and CRM Analyst

Gurugram (Remote working currently)

About the role

As a Sales and CRM analyst, you will be required to analyze and report sales metrics such as lead funnels, efficiency metrics, sales forecasting etc. This role involves working closely with the sales teams while providing data and insights to help the team meet its revenue goals. We are looking for folks who have had prior experience of sales analytics and MIS, and have a high level of ownership towards their work - someone who can operate independently with minimal supervision.


  • Compiling, analyzing and reporting sales data
  • Providing actionable insights to drive revenue growth
  • Revenue reconciliation and handling other related sales operations
  • Monitoring and evaluating sales performance and revenue forecasting
  • Generate and analyze sales reports

Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in analytics or MIS reporting
  • Strong data analysis and excellent Microsoft Excel skills
  • A highly driven self-starter, with very strong ownership of their work
  • Ability to work independently with cross functional teams

Please note, this role involves a 6 day work week, with a weekly off on a weekday (Weekends will be working)
