2 simple exercises to help improve vision our 1. Gazing or trataka - building focused attention on a single point such as the tip of your thumb. 2. Eye rotation exercise - rolling the pupils in all 4 directions with wide open eyes to help stretch the muscles around the eye sockets. These exercises help improve weak sight, relieve chronic headaches and improve the efficiency of the eyes. It also helps strengthen the optic nerve for better eyesight.
