*Scissors pose ( alternative leg raises ) to strengthen the core and burn the fat around belly. 5times! ( Both PCOs and postnatal ladies do this) * Sun soak 10-15mins *Drink water 3ltrs * Eat your fruits * Take nap during the day ( listen to sleep stories on Shyft app) * Ujjayi breathing ( ocean Breathing) practice for 5 times. * In the night soak coriander seeds in water and consume this water in the morning tomorrow!!
