* Sun soak 10-15mins ( look at my boy chickoo getting the best vitamin D) *Drink water 3ltrs ( I'm all set with infused water ) * Eat your fruits, don't worry about putting on weight if you eat mangoes, enjoy your fruits guilt free. * Sleep guided meditations while napping. * Breathing practice today Ujjayi or ocean breathing. * Soak coriander seeds in water before sleeping and consume it next day morning, it helps improving lactation ( lowers cholesterol too), reduces acne, improves your skim quality!! You're all doing great with habits, keep doing it everyday!
