Tips to prevent cervical spondylosis: - First thing is to connect with your doctor - Inform your trainer regarding the condition. - Avoid doing activities that put pressure on the neck. - Avoid lifting heavy weights - Exercise regularly but with caution and care. Yoga exercise for Cervical Spondylosis: -Cobra pose -Sitting - half spinal twist - Supported child pose - Few neck movement with prop (towel or hand) Note : do the postures under someone's guidance or connect with your trainer on this. @Anita
