Muscular level - stretches hamstrings, back (including cervical spine, if you let your head hang), shoulders. Organs stimulated - stomach, heart, kidneys, liver, to name a few. Issues managed - PCOS, thyroid, constipation, high bp Mind level - if done with ease of breath, has shown to reduce stress, anxiety, overthinking nature of mind. Contraindicated- pregnancy, low bp, anemia, vertigo, recent heart/abdominal surgery
