The practice of walking barefoot on grass👣🌱🌱 is called grounding or earthing. In simple words it means, letting the soles of your feet come into direct contact with the Earth.🦶🦶 As per research, this process helps in connecting the body to the Earth which in turn enables free electrons from the Earth’s surface to spread over and into the body, where they can have antioxidant effects. Grounding offers many health benefits, including improved sleep, reduced inflammation, improved tissue and cell repair, enhanced blood flow, increased heart rate variability, and improved electrical activity in the brain, improving eyesight . In addition, walking barefoot on the grass releases endorphins.🤗🤗 20 minutes of this practise every day🌻🦋🦋 can do wonders !! Consistency is the key 🔑
