Day 3-April challenge - strength

A great start of the day! Today's challenge to do the reverse table top posture ( hold for 3 breaths) 1.πŸšΆβ€β™€οΈgo out for 15- 20mins walk in the evening or after dinner. (Soak coriander & Fenugreek seeds 1spn each in 1 glass of water in the night and drink this next morning. ) 2.β˜€οΈβ˜€οΈβ˜€οΈ sun soaking 10-15mins 3.πŸ’πŸŽπŸ“πŸŠπŸ‰ Eat the fruits 4.🍢🍢🍡drink water 3ltrs 🫁5 - Humming bee practice in the night before sleep 6. 😴Nap time when baby is sleeping ( listen to sleep stories on Shyft app) Do them and post with the same heading & tag me!! @Vidya @Janaki @Naseem @Khushbu @Aparna Agarwal @Shobhana
