Any drills to increase hip and ankle mobility?

@Aaryan :For ankle mobility you can keep 2.5 kgs plate each underneath on both feet with half of your feet on the plate .Elevating your heels with plates will help mobility by alleviating demands of both ankle and hip joints .And let’s you go further down in squats depending on overall lift !
