Ladies time to be proud of yourself for being committed towards better health with yoga and habits in the last 15days, you have tried your best to be consistent and I'm proud of you all. Some of you shared pics, some of you informed me during classes, some even shared it here on communities with the post, so keep going I want to see more sharing from you. I'm sure by now you have started eating atleast one fruit a day, we have completed 3months on this challenge, some have been part of this journey from Jan 1st, some joined in later on this challenge, so glad to see that you're eating more fruits now.... 🍓🍊🍉🍎🍒 Get ready for the new month & new challenges starting from tomorrow!!
