April challenge - day 1 - getting superfit , super strong

I'm all set to start; are you? 1.πŸšΆβ€β™€οΈgo out for 15- 20mins walk in the evening or after dinner. 2.Soak coriander & Fenugreek seeds 1spn each in 1 glass of water in the night and drink this next morning. 3.β˜€οΈβ˜€οΈβ˜€οΈ sun soaking 10-15mins 4.πŸ’πŸŽπŸ“πŸŠπŸ‰ Eat the fruits 5.🍢🍢🍡drink water 3ltrs 6.πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈyoga time !! 7.🫁5 - Deep breaths whenever you get irritated during the day 8.😴Nap time when baby is sleeping ( listen to sleep stories on Shyft app) Do them and post with the same heading & tag me!!
