I'm all set to start; are you? 1.πΆββοΈgo out for 15- 20mins walk in the evening or after dinner. 2.Soak coriander & Fenugreek seeds 1spn each in 1 glass of water in the night and drink this next morning. 3.βοΈβοΈβοΈ sun soaking 10-15mins 4.πππππ Eat the fruits 5.πΆπΆπ΅drink water 3ltrs 6.π§ββοΈyoga time !! 7.π«5 - Deep breaths whenever you get irritated during the day 8.π΄Nap time when baby is sleeping ( listen to sleep stories on Shyft app) Do them and post with the same heading & tag me!!
