If the weight loss is done in a healthy manner (according to WHO healthy weight loss aims loss of 2.5 kg per month) then the probability of gaining weight becomes very less. Because during slow and sustainable weight loss habits change for good so even after weight loss a person refrains from going back to old habits which ensures sustainable weight management.
