"Marichyasana" or pose dedicated to sage Marichi. . A beginner level posture. . . It's a forward bending pose which helps in stretching of the spine and helps in digestion. . Stay in the pose of 5 - 8 breathes and do it both the sides for a good hamstring, shoulders and spine stretch.
