The weekend is here & you're definitely going grocery shopping or even going out for a meal, the challenge here is to not eat anything with sugar & check the ingredients before buying groceries, don't buy anything with sugar & no buying snacks,buy lot of fruits instead You're doing this for your body to get healthy and reduce blood sugar levels, for better skin and weight loss ! Also continue with the daily routine * Sun soaking 10-15mins * Drink water 3ltrs * eat fruits * Sleep guided meditation - afternoon naps * Deep belly breaths in the night before sleeping. Have a great weekend!
