Hey Smruthi...breakfast looks yummy. However, it is best to avoid any beverage, especially caffeinated beverages with breakfast. It disturbs the stomach pH which is important for digestion of food

Del-eggsscious, 😍I try to consume eggs almost on a regular basis as it is a great source of nutrients. But like with anything moderation is important minimum of 1-2 eggs would definitely benefit.

Hi Smruthi, Combining tea/coffee with any meal can lead to malabsorption of nutrients, so a minimum gap of 1 hour between the meal and tea/coffee is advised. Also, love eggs for breakfast!
