Day 8- April challenge - reduce the sugar intake twice today, no sweet things after 5pm.

Choosing what you eat consciously makes a huge difference on your health and skin. Lets take a next step of challenge today and avoid sugar twice and don't eat anything sweet after 5pm. ( Reduce sugar - you can add 1/4th spoon of sugar in coffee or tea) Continue with the daily challenge! *Sun soaking -15mins * Water 3ltrs * Eat your fruits * Sleep nap ( guided meditations on Shyft app) * After dinner walk with your baby. * Deep breaths 5times in the night before sleeping. Have a healthy day & great week! PS: I indulged in some food consciously, you see no sugar in my icecream 😋 getting healthy can be fun !
