Hi @RAIFE pls do the below postures tomorrow After little warmup 1)Plank - 3 rounds for 3:5:8 seconds 2) Bird Dog Pose - 8 rounds each side and 9th one hold for 3-5 breaths each side 3)Rest in Restorative child pose. For reference, check your below pictures in the same poses.
