Ingredients- (3 servings each) For Reshmi kebabs: Chicken/paneer cubes- 250gm Curd - 50 gm Lemon - 1 nos Ginger garlic paste- 2 tsp Green chili paste - 1 tsp (optional) Cumin powder - 2 tsp Coriander leaves- 2 tbsp Salt & pepper tastewise For Tikka kebab: Chicken/paneer- 250gm Curd- 50 gm Lemon - 1 nos Tikka masala blend -3 tsp ( red chili , turmeric, jeera, coriander, garam masala powder) Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp Mustard oil - 1 tbsp Coriander leaves- 2 tbsp Salt tastewise Method- Mix all the dry & wet ingredients together except the meat or paneer, beat till smooth. Add the chicken & paneer pieces, marinate overnight or atleast 2 hours. Grill both sides until cooked. Serve with a big portion of salad on the side.
