When you stay static in a posture, the holding of the position gives you time to work on your physical alignments and in result emphasizing physical benefits. Also, holding the posture gives you a required pause to check on your emotional status and delving more into mental benefits. Here for example; A Warrior pose a fiery pose of bravery, celebration and virtue. It encourages a heart full of compassion and courage to conquer life’s challenges and our inner demons of ego and anger.
