I've been having fever & body pain since yesterday. Measures I'm taking : - Taking rest & plenty of fluids particularly water to avoid dehydration - Eating light meals like khichdi & soups - Avoiding tea or coffee as it can cause slight dehydration. - Gargling with salt water 2/3 times a day
