Mid week relaxation!

Today’s class was all about posture correction and body alignment. Not just on the mat, but throughout the day, be mindful of your posture. Even if you see yourself slouching, take a moment and correct your posture. Sitting for more than one hour continuously, do a spinal twist or a upper back stretch and continue with your work.
