Most of us always talk about High Blood pressure. That's why wanted to share regarding low blood pressure. 1. First of all, immediately consult the doctor and check wthr it's actually low BP or the symptoms are because of some other reasons. 2. If the Blood pressure is low,other than medicine ( if recommended by your doctor) do some breathwork practice like Alternate nostril breathing, Surya bhedna and learn these from your trainer don't just try it on your own. 3. Take care of your water intake, as when your body is dehydrated it makes blood thicker because of reduced water content it causes your blood pressure to spike up or down.
