Proper Scapula function impacts just about every movement of the upper body, whether in the sport, gym, or general life. The position and performance of your scapula plays an important role in neck, shoulder, arm, and thoracic function. Unfortunately today's too common rounded shoulders and forward head posture place the Scapula in a very inefficient position that does allow the shoulder, arm, and Thoracic spine to function properly. To keep it more healthy engage yourself in 6 types of motion three times a day. These are the full functional upper -extremity movement. These include - Protraction, Retraction, Elevation, Depression, Upward Rotation, and Downward Rotation
