During summer holidays, visiting my uncle & cousins in Lucknow was fun. Early mornings were filled activities in the park. One such day, as we were returning from the park, I came across this bael serbet thela/cart. That was my first time cherishing this yummy fruit! This fruit is rich in Proteins, Vitamins (vitamin C, beta carotene, and vitamin B-complex), Minerals (potassium, calcium, magnesium, zinc, copper, and iron)& Dietary fibers. Other health benefits are- - Good for digestion - Reduces cholesterol - Help in diabetes management - Prevent skin infections - Act as a blood purifier - Help in scurvy
