Walk / Rest
Is it okay to walk during pregnancy or am I supposed to complete rest.
It is good to walk during pregnancy, if there is no complication. 30-40 minutes of walk daily will be good
One should go for complete rest only if your doctor has asked you to do so. Otherwise its good to keep yourself active. Yoga helps to stretch and release stiffness in the body, manage pain and aches and breathwork helps to reduce stress and anxiety.
Completely agree with Shilpa and Anjali. Do 30-40min of walking. But if doctor has told you to rest then don't over pressurise yourself and rest.
