Pooja how to do stay without eating rice or roti ? Tat too u r doing heavy workout also. ..

@Sinthiya Nath I eat rice more than I eat chapati. It's just lighter on the stomach and I don't feel too full. I eat rice or roti (either) in both my meals. I was craving to have something different today, that's why skipped it :)
