If you didn't carry containers from home, no worries, you can get a bit creative and re-use the container you might have received at a smoothie/coffee shop to pack yourself a midday snack. You can save yourself from buying junk by carrying fruits as a snack and also a golden opportunity to try out the local markets. By doing so, you'll also be helping your gut to function better, as we all know the struggle is real when you travel 😄
