I fall asleep when i meditate, is that okay?
It’s perfectly normal to drift off when meditating. That means you’re truly relaxed during the session – always a good sign! When you’re in a state of deep relaxation, your conscious mind is at rest, which can make you feel like you’re asleep. But the subconscious mind is still active, and listening to the instructions.
That's interesting. But I feel so guilty for having fallen asleep. Is there any way not to fall asleep?
