Stress likes me 😂 YES, in today's date we can't avoid stress in our busy & hectic lifestyle where we have tons of responsibilities & to-do lists. But we definitely can de-stress ourselves with just 5 minutes of mindful & deep breathing. Deep & slow breathing helps in calming down the mind activating the parasympathetic nervous system. Thereby reduces the heart rate and dilates the blood vessels, reducing overall blood pressure.
