I absolutely hate running, but given my health condition, it was really important that I included a bit of running regularly for cardio. Something that helped me immensely to like running was these guided running podcasts from Nike. If you're a person who's trying running as a sport or even to just be a better runner you were yesterday you can definitely give this guided run a try. I'm sure you'll fall in love with running. ❤️💪
