#showusyourplate challenge- Day 1

Start your healthy eating habits with a week long challenge. How to post for the challenge ? 1. Post a picture of your healthy meal on the Shyft App communities for 7 days and tag @Challenge Master 2. You are allowed to upload up to three posts per day. Write a brief description of your meal and share tips for healthy eating. 3. Engage with the Shyft community by liking, commenting, and sharing other participants' posts. The greater the engagement on your posts, the higher your chances to win 4.
