Sitting on ground
I find it hard to sit on the ground for very long, what should I do?
If sitting cross-legged is a problem, you can always sit on a chair to do these exercises. Feel free to stretch your legs whenever you need to, whether you’re on a chair or on the floor. You’ll be able to relax your mind only once you truly relax your body, so make sure you pick the position that’s most comfortable for you.
