One of the most common queries I get asked as a nutritionist is ‘can I eat curd at night?’ Yes yes and a big yes. There is no reason why you can’t consume curd at night. The only thing to be considered in winters is that the curd should be at room temperature and not refrigerated. Curd is a brilliant source of protein, probiotics, and calcium and it aids the process of digestion. Also, ended up not having the roti because I was full with rest of the food (que: listen to your body and eat mindfully) ;)
