Hyperlordosis

Hyperlordosis is the excessive arch in the back. So what causes this🤔 Two main reasons are: 1️⃣Sitting and and standing in poor posture for longer times. 2️⃣Some muscles are too week and some are too tight. What needs to be done🤔 👉Stretch and release these muscles: – Hip Flexor muscles – Calf muscles (Gastrocnemius and Soleus) – Erector Spinae muscles – Latissimus dorsi 👉Strengthen these muscles: – Core muscles (Transverse Abdominis & obliques) – Butt muscles (Gluteus maximus and medius) Check out few excersise work on the stretches and strengthening if these muscles @Labanya @Jasmine Sheikh
