Let's have the self care routine continue on the weekends too. Let's do these 3 things today and tomorrow to rejuvenate and have a great start of next week without Monday blue 😋 * Get a face massage or face mask, take care of your skin. * Walk barefoot on grass for 15-20mins, sun soak while doing this. * Dip your feet in cold water in the night to sooth your nerves, it makes you feel so relaxed try it out.
